Career Development Facilitator

Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New Mexico, a Certified Career Services Provider (NCDA 2024), and a Global Career Development Facilitator (CCD 2025) who received a Master’s in Counseling from UNM in 2023. I have a varied professional background including people management, customer service, content marketing, and project and product management. I joined Career Services in June of 2023. I'm also an Albuquerque native (Go Bulldogs!) and mom to a young son. I love camping and hiking, bad jokes and loud music.

At Career Services, I help individuals explore their own career goals and how they align with their values and interests as well their current needs in their life stage. I believe careers provide safety, belonging, and purpose—key aspects of mental health. I choose to focus on a person’s strengths while also understanding that broader social systems that can impact career paths.
