Career Development Facilitator

Ariel is a born and raised Floridian, hailing from Miami. During her time as a Peace Corps Volunteer, 2018 to 2020, she served as an Urban Agricultural Trainer in Senegal where she worked with local farmers to implement improved agricultural practices. Upon early termination of her service due to COVID, she continued to serve as an AmeriCorps VISTA volunteer in Pensacola, FL, where she worked with a non-profit dedicated to making the community disaster ready. She graduated from Florida A&M with a bachelor’s in animal science in 2018 and from New Mexico state with a Masters in Agricultural and Extension Education in 2023.

Ariel joined the Career Services team as a Career Development Facilitator in July of 2025.
