Professional Intern

Hello! My name is Isabella, and I graduated from New Mexico State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Human Resource Management, along with a minor in Information Systems. After graduation, I moved back to Albuquerque to gain hands-on experience in employer relations while continuing my education by pursuing my Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have developed a strong passion for building relationships, connecting people with opportunities, and supporting organizational success through effective human resource practices. My long-term career goal is to pursue a career in Human Resources, specializing in talent acquisition, where I can help organizations attract, recruit, and retain top talent while creating a positive candidate experience. Outside of my professional goals, I enjoy traveling the world and spending time with my corgi.
